Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA) (if applicable)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation
  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled

Delivery Time (UAE)

We aim to deliver within:

24–36 hours after order confirmation.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to:

  • Remote locations
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays

Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions
  • Otherwise, shipping fees are shown at checkout

Order Tracking

Once shipped:

  • Our courier may contact you directly
  • Tracking may be provided when available

Customer Availability

Customers must be available to receive orders.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No response
  • Customer unavailable

We may cancel future COD orders.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier may attempt delivery more than once.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.


Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or natural events
  • Government restrictions
