Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is broken or damaged on arrival
  • The product is not working
  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • With original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

How Returns Work

To request a return:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once approved:

✅ Our team will arrange pickup
✅ You do NOT need to ship the item yourself
✅ We will collect the item from your address

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

For eligible returns:

  • We offer replacement of the same item
  • A new item will be delivered after pickup verification

Refunds are only issued if replacement is not possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Opened personal care/beauty products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized products

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer
  • Delivery fees may be non-refundable

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days.

Late requests may not be accepted.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Sent to original payment method or bank transfer (COD)
