We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is broken or damaged on arrival
- The product is not working
- You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
Items must be:
- In original condition
- With original packaging
- With proof of purchase
How Returns Work

Provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once approved:
✅ Our team will arrange pickup
✅ You do NOT need to ship the item yourself
✅ We will collect the item from your address
⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
For eligible returns:
- We offer replacement of the same item
- A new item will be delivered after pickup verification
Refunds are only issued if replacement is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Opened personal care/beauty products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Customized products
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer
- Delivery fees may be non-refundable
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days.
Late requests may not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- Sent to original payment method or bank transfer (COD)
